It has two inner rings, the two inner rings are connected together by the clamping ring and cannot be separated, and the outer ring has a middle rib, which can bear the axial load in both directions and is used as a locating bearing. Due to the large distance between the two rows of rollers, it can also withstand overturning moments. There are two retaining grooves on the surface of the outer ring, which can be positioned axially.

Since there is no cage, full complement cylindrical roller bearings can accommodate the most rollers and are therefore suitable for extremely heavy radial loads. In addition to radial load, it can also bear a certain axial load. Small radial cross section saves space but relatively low rotational speed. Single row full complement cylindrical roller bearings also allow for an angular error of a few arc minutes between the inner and outer rings.

In order for the bearing to work properly, in the case of continuous operation, the bearing must bear a certain minimum load. Otherwise, wear will increase due to insufficient lubrication and high-speed operation. All multi-row cylindrical roller bearings have lubrication grooves and lubrication holes in the outer ring.
